Are You the Man You Want to Be?

Stop for a moment and really think about how you feel.

What percent of the man are you today compared to 5 or 10 years ago?

We all get older but your physical, mental and sexual vitality do not have to drop off the cliff.

So truthfully ask yourself the questions below :

How much has your sex drive declined?

Are your erections as strong and lasting as they used to be?

What percent of mornings do wake up with an erection?

Do you find it harder to gain or maintain muscle tone?

How much extra weight, particularly around the mid-section do you carry?

Do you find the harder you work out, the worse you feel?

Does it take you longer than it should to recover from physical activity?

How much has your physical energy declined?

Do you have difficulty sleeping or fall sleep after dinner?

Do you often feel depressed, irritable, or unmotivated?

How much has your ability to cope with life stressors declined?

How much has your concentration and memory declined?

Do have more than 5 alcoholic drinks weekly or take prescription medications regularly?

Declines in any of these areas are NOT normal, or a “natural” part of the aging process. They are caused by cellular and hormonal imbalances that fortunately can easily be restored so you can once again experience youthful vitality.

Assess your hormone health and then do something about it here.

And more... but not every man will get them all or experience those he does at various intensity. The goal is to restore cellular health first.
